Aluminium mud-resistant sprocket 520 52 teeth by Renthal

Let aluminium sprocket made from 7075 T6, CNC machined for precise fitting on Cross wheels. Designed with tooth profiling and computer simulation to ensure effective chain engagement. Its reduced weight (66% lighter than steel) decreases rotational inertia and contributes to a more responsive wheel.

Design and materials

• CNC machined 7075 T6 aluminium for precise fitting and optimized concentricity, facilitating a compliant wheel mounting.
• 66% lighter than steel to reduce rotating mass and improve wheel responsiveness.
• Wear-resistant surface treatments to maintain durability and appearance during intensive use.

Usage and performance

• Computer-calculated tooth profiling for consistent chain engagement and effective power transmission.
• Designed for Cross, suited to the specific demands and stresses of this practice.

Advantages

• OEM reference 522U-520-52GPBK
• Machining done in Manchester (UK) for identifiable manufacturing traceability.
