Aluminium mud-resistant sprocket 441U - 428 46 teeth by Renthal

Ultralight mud-resistant sprocket designed for offroad, made from 7075 T6 aluminum to maintain a good balance between lightness and strength. The tooth geometry and anodization facilitate mud evacuation and limit power loss in MX, SX, and enduro conditions.

Design and materials

• Precision machined 7075 T6 aluminum to provide good mechanical resistance while reducing the weight of the part.
• Surface anodization that hardens the material on the surface and improves appearance without altering structural strength.
• Holes made in strategic positions to lighten the sprocket without reducing its mechanical integrity.

Practicality and features

• Tooth profile designed to facilitate mud evacuation, limiting accumulation and maintaining a smoother transmission.
• Ultralight mud-resistant design that simplifies maintenance on muddy terrains and reduces the frequency of necessary cleaning.

Usage and performance

• Perceptible weight savings due to the Ultralight design, contributing to reduced unsprung mass for better responsiveness.
• Reduction of power loss related to friction between chain and sprocket thanks to the tooth profile, promoting more efficient transmission performance.
• Design and material choices aimed at better resistance and increased longevity in off-road use.

Advantages

• Cross type, suitable for off-road practices.
• OEM reference 441U-428-46GPBK
