NG Race Star Brake Disc — floating round, designed for road and track

The NG BRAKE DISC Race Star (manufacturer reference 1919ZG) is a round floating disc intended for sport bikes and roadsters that demand precision and endurance. Compact and lightweight thanks to its aluminum core, it reduces unsprung mass for a more responsive braking feel. The anodized rings and new washers, derived from competition, optimize the float of the disc to limit thermal stress.

The outer track undergoes a specific heat treatment that gives it a distinctive iridescence and better resistance to stress. The slotted perforations, arranged in sets of three, enhance heat dissipation and reduce the risk of deformation under intensive use.
