La norme ECE 22.05 devrait ainsi passer le relais \u00e0 l&rsquo;ECE 22.06 dans les prochains mois. On revient sur le nouveau protocole de test et sur ce que \u00e7a implique pour nous autres usagers de 2 et 3 roues !<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div style=\"border-left: 3px solid #F1AB00; padding: 20px; margin: 20px 0; background-color: #eee;\"><em>Article mis \u00e0 jour en juin 2022 : Ajout du sch\u00e9ma comparatif et du sch\u00e9ma pr\u00e9sentant les diff\u00e9rents tests impos\u00e9s par la nouvelle nome des casques moto<br \/>\n<\/em><\/div>\n<p>Avec ses 18 ans de service, il faut bien avouer que l&rsquo;ECE 22.05 mentionn\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;\u00e9tiquette de la jugulaire de nos casques m\u00e9ritait bien une mise \u00e0 jour. Les casques modernes n&rsquo;ont en effet plus grand-chose \u00e0 voir avec leurs anc\u00eatres des ann\u00e9es 2000, sp\u00e9cialement en mati\u00e8re de protection. Quelques exemples parlants : la boucle automatique <a href=\"https:\/\/www.motoblouz.com\/enjoytheride\/guide-achat\/casque-moto\/systeme-de-serrage?uid=9178\">a ainsi pass\u00e9 le relais \u00e0 la boucle microm\u00e9trique<\/a>, le poids moyen a chut\u00e9, la fibre s&rsquo;est d\u00e9mocratis\u00e9e, \u00e0 l&rsquo;instar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.motoblouz.com\/enjoytheride\/guide-achat\/casque-moto\/casque-moto-equipement-protecteur?uid=9177\">des calottins aux multiples densit\u00e9s<\/a>. Son objectif : am\u00e9liorer le niveau de protection des casques moto distribu\u00e9s en Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce faire, les tests gagnent en s\u00e9v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et \u00e9largissent leur champs d&rsquo;investigation :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les casques jet, int\u00e9graux et modulables seront d\u00e9sormais <strong>frapp\u00e9s \u00e0 basse et haute vitesse<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Les <strong>tests d&rsquo;impact lin\u00e9aires traditionnels se voient compl\u00e9t\u00e9s de tests d&rsquo;impact obliques<\/strong>, plus proches de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des chocs le plus souvent constat\u00e9s. Une d\u00e9marche qui n&rsquo;est pas sans rappeler celle <a href=\"https:\/\/www.motoblouz.com\/enjoytheride\/actualites\/19067-certimoov-dexter-adron-2020-04-06\">instaur\u00e9e par le protocole Certimoov<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Pour mieux \u00e9valuer l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie transmise \u00e0 la t\u00eate, <strong>un capteur prendra place \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du casque<\/strong>. Il permettra de mesurer plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment les dommages caus\u00e9s au cerveau par le choc.<\/li>\n<li>Les casques modulables seront test\u00e9s dans leurs deux configurations, <strong>mentonni\u00e8re ferm\u00e9e et ouverte<\/strong>. Le test consiste \u00e0 envoyer une bille d&rsquo;acier \u00e0 60 m\u00e8tres par seconde (soit 216 km\/h) contre l&rsquo;\u00e9cran, qui ne devra aucunement se d\u00e9former, se briser ou se d\u00e9tacher du casque.<\/li>\n<li>Les \u00e9crans solaires secondaires ne devront <strong>pas limiter le champ de vision p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique<\/strong>, avec un angle minimum accept\u00e9 de 105\u00b0.<\/li>\n<li>Ces m\u00eames \u00e9crans solaires internes ne devront <strong>pas emp\u00eacher la fermeture de l&rsquo;\u00e9cran principal<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Les \u00e9crans fum\u00e9s externes pourront se montrer plus fonc\u00e9s que par le pass\u00e9 (35% de transparence minimum contre 50% pour l&rsquo;ECE 22.05). La premi\u00e8re anticipe <strong>un renforcement des calottes et un \u00e9paississement du polystyr\u00e8ne<\/strong> pour encaisser ces nouvelles contraintes. Le casque ECE 22.06 serait alors un ECE 22.05 en plus costaud, donc plus volumineux et plus lourd&#8230; La seconde envisage plut\u00f4t que le casque ECE 22.06 fera appel \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres mat\u00e9riaux (ou associations de mat\u00e9riaux).<\/p>\n<p><strong>La qu\u00eate de l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 sera encore plus pr\u00e9gnante qu&rsquo;avant<\/strong>. Sur le papier, un casque plus l\u00e9ger prend moins d&rsquo;inertie et gagne donc en efficacit\u00e9 question protection. C&rsquo;est la piste suivie par Schuberth avec son modulable ECE 22.06 C5, d&rsquo;un poids \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 son pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseur, le C4. Bref, une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 plus pouss\u00e9e, c&rsquo;est super, mais <strong>\u00e7a a un co\u00fbt<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Les casques ECE 22.06 obligatoires \u00e0 compter de 2024 ?<\/h2>\n<p>La nouvelle r\u00e9glementation sera prochainement vot\u00e9e. Vu le co\u00fbt que \u00e7a repr\u00e9sente, difficile de penser que les casques subissent les tests avec toutes les r\u00e9f\u00e9rences d&rsquo;accessoires&#8230; Et dans le m\u00eame temps, on imagine mal Cardo ou Sena cesser de proposer des intercoms g\u00e9n\u00e9riques en Europe !
