Pour un mod\u00e8le de casque par exemple, ce sont pas moins de 30 casques de toutes tailles qui sont envoy\u00e9s au casse-pipe en vue de proc\u00e9der aux tests et de gagner l\u2019homologation.<\/p>\n<h3>L\u2019homologation en tant qu\u2019EPI ou \u00ab homologation CE \u00bb<\/h3>\n<p>Si ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas le cas il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, les produits pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s comme protecteurs \u00e0 moto doivent d\u00e9sormais \u00eatre homologu\u00e9s en tant qu\u2019EPI (pour <em>\u00c9quipement de Protection Individuelle<\/em>). Les casques modernes n\u2019ont en effet plus grand-chose \u00e0 voir avec leurs anc\u00eatres des ann\u00e9es 2000, sp\u00e9cialement en mati\u00e8re de protection. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.motoblouz.com\/enjoytheride\/actualites\/19243-ece-22-06-casques-moto-2020-06-19\">Les tests ont donc \u00e9t\u00e9 revus<\/a> et gagnent en s\u00e9v\u00e9rit\u00e9, tout en \u00e9largissant leur champ d\u2019action.<\/p>\n<h3>Le protocole de test des casques moto<\/h3>\n<p>Pour \u00eatre conformes, les casques moto sont test\u00e9s par impact. L\u2019objectif de ces tests est d\u2019\u00e9valuer si leurs capacit\u00e9s de protection atteignent le seuil requis dans diff\u00e9rentes configurations, m\u00ealant des enclumes plates, en biseau et inclin\u00e9es \u00e0 45\u00b0, ainsi que diff\u00e9rentes hauteurs et vitesses de chute. Recommand\u00e9 pour un usage routier classique.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Classe A :<\/strong> Le niveau de protection \u00ab basique \u00bb, qui assure donc un blouson\/pantalon plus confortable, avec un maximum de souplesse. \u00c0 choisir pour les basses vitesses et les situations pr\u00e9sentant peu de risques. Des coques partout, sauf aux hanches pour les pantalons et combinaisons. EN 17092 partie 4.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il existe \u00e9galement des classes B et C. la <strong>classe B<\/strong> (EN 17092 partie 5) n\u2019offre qu\u2019une protection contre l\u2019abrasion (sans renforts anti-chocs). \u00c0 l&rsquo;inverse, la <strong>classe C<\/strong> (EN 17092 partie 6) n&rsquo;offre qu&rsquo;une protection contre les chocs (sans r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;abrasion). La norme EN 1621-4:2013, fixe des seuils minimaux en termes d&rsquo;absorption d\u2019impact et de temps de d\u00e9ploiement. Une bonne base, mais qui demeure incompl\u00e8te quant \u00e0 la m\u00e9thodologie \u00e0 suivre au vu des divers syst\u00e8mes de d\u00e9clenchement existants sur le march\u00e9 et qui se comportent diff\u00e9remment en pratique. Certains laboratoires comme le CRITT utilisent pour leur part un protocole de test interne bas\u00e9 sur la la norme 17092 partie 6, qui concerne l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement offrant une protection contre les chocs (<a href=\"#classes\">voir plus haut<\/a>).<br \/>\nDes fabricants soumettent \u00e9galement leurs airbags moto aux tests SRA, organisme priv\u00e9 qui leur attribue une note de 1 \u00e0 5 \u00e9toiles.
