Entretien de base des suspensions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant de toucher aux r\u00e9glages :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Nettoyez parfaitement les tubes de fourche apr\u00e8s roulage (terre, poussi\u00e8re\u2026).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00e9rifiez les joints spi : si une fuite l\u00e9g\u00e8re appara\u00eet, un outil sp\u00e9cial permet de retirer la salet\u00e9 coinc\u00e9e sous la l\u00e8vre, sans devoir changer le spi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Purgez l\u2019air via la vis de purge (en haut des fourreaux), moto sur tr\u00e9pied pour \u00e9viter toute d\u00e9pression.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contr\u00f4lez les serrages des t\u00e9s : serr\u00e9s mais pas trop, pour ne pas bloquer la fourche.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Position des fourreaux dans les t\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela influence directement la maniabilit\u00e9 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Tubes remont\u00e9s \u2192 moto plus vive en virage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tubes abaiss\u00e9s \u2192 plus de stabilit\u00e9 (r\u00e9glage fr\u00e9quent dans le sable).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Le sag : r\u00e9glage indispensable<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le sag d\u00e9termine si le ressort est adapt\u00e9 au poids du pilote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trois mesures \u00e0 prendre :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Moto sur tr\u00e9pied<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moto pos\u00e9e au sol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moto avec pilote<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Valeurs indicatives :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Sag statique (moto pos\u00e9e) : 40\u201350 mm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sag pilote : 95\u2013105 mm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si > 105 mm \u2192 la moto s&rsquo;\u00e9crase trop : resserrer le ressort<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si &lt; 95 mm \u2192 trop haute : desserrer le ressort<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Un syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9glage rapide facilite l\u2019op\u00e9ration. Sinon, marteau + burin\u2026 m\u00e9thode \u201c\u00e0 l\u2019ancienne\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
