POLINI Variator - SYM Symphony 125/150 (Manufacturer Ref: 241.723)

Designed for urban scooters, the Polini Maxi-Speed variator is aimed at riders of the SYM Symphony 125/150 who want to enhance the reliability of their machine's secondary transmission. Compact and robust, it replaces the original component while maintaining the practical nature of the CVT for city riding.

• Reinforced drive spring: Polini spring 30% harder than the original for a transmission behaviour suited to the acceleration phases and frequent stops of urban life.
• Specific body: optimised internal design promoting constant lubrication to limit operational variations and premature wear.
• Treated steel construction: fully supplied in steel with nickel-chrome treatment for better thermal resistance and increased durability.

Easy to install for an experienced mechanic or in a workshop, this variator remains a reliable replacement solution for urban scooters. It retains functional compatibility with original transmission systems and integrates into standard maintenance routines (roller, belt, and clutch checks).
