The WEGO III sensor kit (manufacturer ref. 112001) is a complete solution for monitoring the air/fuel ratio (AFR) on vintage/classic motorcycles and other small engines. Designed by DAYTONA TWIN TEC LLC, this single-channel system combines a compact interface, a Bosch LSU 4.2 five-wire probe, and everything needed for installation on the manifold.
- Kit contents: WEGO III interface, 42" harness, LSU 4.2 probe, 18 x 1.5 mm weld nut, software (CD ROM).
- Power supply: range 11–16 V, consumption ≈ 1 A — usable on small engine batteries and vehicles without an alternator.
- Display and logging: waterproof blue LED display, readable in daylight with automatic dimming; recording >2 hours (AFR + RPM).
- Inputs/outputs: 0–5 V analog input for additional sensors (TPS, MAP), 0–5 V AFR output for dyno instrumentation.
- Accuracy and calibration: accuracy ±0.10 AFR (10.3–19.5), air-free calibration procedure to compensate for sensor wear.
- Dimensions: 10.1 x 5 x 1.2 cm — compact housing, black/grey finish, single-channel style.
- Manufacturing: designed and manufactured in the United States.
Ideal for injection tuning on the bench or during riding, this WEGO III kit provides essential data to analyse the mixture and refine carburation/injection without approximate interpretations — a reliable field tool for demanding motorcyclists and preparers.
