Big Sucker Air Filter Kit Brushed by ARLEN NESS: an air cleaner with a bold roadster look, brushed stainless steel finish, designed to enhance engine breathing while adding a custom touch. This kit combines a refined aesthetic with a technical design aimed at optimising airflow on Sportster and Harley roadster models.

• Rear plate made from a single block of aluminium with integrated breather technology for a clean installation.
• Concealed breathers equipped with O-rings on the cylinder heads, venting inside the throttle body, forming a nearly closed system without external hoses*.
• Radius air intake for unobstructed flow and improved intake.
• High-performance filter pre-oiled, washable and reusable, made of 4 layers of surgical-grade cotton, handcrafted in the USA.
• Finish in brushed stainless steel, round shape compatible with the OEM cover; supplied with all necessary hardware and installation instructions.

Compatible with XL models '91-'22 equipped with CV carburettor or Delphi EFI injection. For models '88-'90, the part is compatible but the integrated breather system is not applicable*. Depending on the machine, an adjustment of the fuel supply (timing or mapping) may be recommended to fully utilise the new intake flow. Manufacturer's ref: 18-742.
