Designed for urban rides and demanding scooterists, this Polini Original filter replaces the original element while improving airflow during intake. Its dual foam construction ensures graded filtration: coarse pre-filtration followed by fine particle capture, resulting in a better-controlled air-fuel mixture and more consistent combustion in the city.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

• Material: expanded/flexible polyurethane foam based on reticulated polyester.
• Double layer: fine blue layer (60 PPI) + more open black layer (30 PPI) for progressive filtration.
• Wavy outer surface to increase available airflow while retaining 50% more dust.
• Efficiency compliant with European standard EN779 (grade G3-G4): weight efficiency ≈ 90% and >50% on micron-sized particles.
• Regenerable: cleaning by washing and drying possible; retention capacity can be improved by impregnating with a specific foam filter oil.
