• A second denser layer that limits the passage of fine particles while promoting airflow to the engine.
• A third flame-retardant layer allowing, depending on the installation, the removal of the original flame arrestor if necessary.
• Glue specifically formulated for Twin Air: solvent and petrol resistant, for durable cohesion of the foam elements.
• Slightly reduced dimensions compared to the original element to increase the usable volume of the airbox and optimise airflow.
• Breathable seal designed to maximise the contact surface with the body of the casing and limit unwanted air leaks.
• Foam envelope bonding done to prevent dust from settling between the layers.
