Multi-layer air filter from Twin Air designed for off-road use. Its construction of three successive foams combines dust protection and airflow to maintain engine breathing. The reinforced bonding and solvent-resistant adhesive ensure long-lasting performance in off-road conditions.

Design and Materials

• First layer of breathable foam that traps dust, sand, and impurities to protect the engine during off-road use
• Second denser layer stopping fine particles while promoting airflow to maintain power and responsiveness
• Third flame-retardant layer allowing for the removal of the original anti-backfire screen, facilitating maintenance when applicable
• Specially developed adhesive resistant to solvents and petrol to ensure the cohesion of the foams over time
• Bonding of foam envelopes to prevent dust from settling between layers and maintain filtration efficiency

Practicality and Features

• Significantly smaller than the original element to increase the volume available in the airbox and enhance airflow
