Multi-layer air filter designed for off-road Enduro and Motocross use, aimed at protecting the engine intake in dusty environments. Its construction of multiple foams and solvent-resistant adhesive maintains the cohesion of the layers while promoting air circulation.

Design and Materials

• First layer of breathable foam that traps dust, sand, and impurities to protect the engine intake.
• Second denser layer that retains fine particles while allowing air flow to limit localized clogging.
• Adhesion of the two foam envelopes to each other prevents dust accumulation between layers and preserves filtration efficiency.
• Specially developed adhesive resistant to solvents and petrol to ensure foam cohesion during regular use.
