Air Filter 152902 by Twin Air

The Twin Air 152902 air filter is designed for quads and cross riding. Its multi-layer foam construction combines progressive filtration and airflow maintenance to protect the engine in dusty environments. The materials and reinforced bonding ensure durable cohesion and precise fitting to the filter housing.

Design and Materials

• First layer of breathable foam: traps dust, sand, and impurities to limit engine wear in off-road conditions.
• Second denser layer: stops fine particles while promoting airflow to maintain engine breathing.
• Third flame-retardant layer: allows for the removal of the original backfire screen when necessary during installation.
• Specific solvent and petrol-resistant adhesive: maintains the cohesion of the foams for long-lasting performance in intensive use.

Practicality and Features

• Significantly smaller filter than the original element: frees up volume in the airbox to enhance airflow.
• Optimised breathable seal: maximises contact surface with the housing for precise fitting and enhanced sealing.
• Bonding of foam layers: prevents dust from settling between layers for simplified maintenance.

Usage and Performance

• Patented design and manufacturing quality: offers progressive filtration tailored to off-road demands.
• Filtration/airflow balance designed for cross: protects the engine without compromising airflow.

Advantages

• Cross type: suitable for dusty off-road conditions.
• Quad Universe: designed for quad applications.
