• Triple sequential foam: a first airy layer stops large impurities (dust, sand), a second denser layer retains fine particles without obstructing airflow, and a third flame-retardant foam allows for the removal of the original backfire screen.
• Specific adhesive: the adhesive developed for Twin Air ensures the cohesion of the foams and is resistant to solvents and gasoline.
• Optimized format: intentionally slightly more compact than the original element to increase the usable volume in the airbox and promote airflow.
