• Triple foam layer: first layer is breathable to trap dust and larger particles, second is denser to stop fine particles while maintaining airflow, third is flame-retardant allowing the removal of the original flame arrestor.
• Specific adhesive: adhesive developed for Twin Air that is resistant to solvents and gasoline, ensuring the cohesion of the foams.
• Space-saving: reduced outer diameter compared to the original element to increase the available volume in the airbox and promote air circulation.
• Breathable seal: maximized contact surface with the filter housing for reliable sealing.
• Bonded assembly: eliminates gaps where dust could settle between layers.
