TWIN AIR Dual Layer Air Filter Foam - Manufacturer Ref. 160003
Designed to optimize filtration without compromising airflow, this Twin Air filter foam combines multiple layers of polyurethane to protect your engine from particles while promoting the breathing of the housing. Ideal for demanding off-road and on-road practices, it replaces the original elements to improve airflow organization in the airbox.
- Patented multi-layer construction: first airy foam to trap dust, sand, and impurities.
- Second denser layer: stops fine particles while allowing airflow to circulate.
- Third flame-retardant layer that allows, if necessary, the removal of the original backfire screen.
- Specific adhesive resistant to solvents and gasoline, ensuring the cohesion of the foam pieces.
- Intentionally slightly reduced dimensions compared to original elements to free up volume in the airbox and improve air circulation.
- “Breathable” seal designed for maximum contact with the filter housing body and bonding of the envelopes that prevents dirt accumulation between layers.
Before installation, check compatibility with your motorcycle model and follow Twin Air maintenance recommendations for long-lasting filter performance.
