The patented design and quality of materials used result in a multi-layer filtration system built to withstand off-road conditions: dust, sand, and frequent splashes on trails.

• Double progressive foam: a first airy layer stops larger grains, while the denser second layer retains fine particles while maintaining airflow.
• Specific Twin Air adhesive ensuring the cohesion of the foams and resistance to solvents and gasoline.
• Slightly more compact than the original to free up volume in the airbox and promote airflow.
• “Breathable” seal designed to maximize the contact surface with the housing and improve sealing without blocking the flow.
• Bonded assembly of the two foam envelopes to prevent the accumulation of impurities between the layers.
