Designed for motocross and off-road use, this Twin Air Powerflow kit fits the Honda XR650R (2004‑2006). Based on a patented design and a selection of specific foams, it offers multi-layer filtration aimed at protecting the engine while promoting air circulation within the filter housing.

• Triple layer foam: a first airy layer to trap dust and sand, a second denser layer to stop fine particles without restricting airflow, and a third flame-retardant layer allowing the removal of the original flame arrestor screen.
• Adhesive specially developed for Twin Air, resistant to solvents and petrol, ensuring the long-lasting cohesion of the layers.
• More compact element than the original to free up volume in the airbox and enhance intake.
• “Breathable seal” designed to maximize the contact surface with the housing body and seal the interface.
• Bonded assembly of foam envelopes to eliminate areas where dust could settle between layers.
