TWIN AIR Powerflow Air Filter Kit 796504 - 158041: the replacement element designed for demanding motocross and enduro riders. Specifically made for Powerflow kits, this filter fits several GAS GAS models for reliable airbox protection.
- Two-layer foam construction: a first airy layer captures dust, sand, and coarse impurities; a second denser layer retains fine particles while maintaining airflow.
- Specific Twin Air adhesive: layer assembly is done with an adhesive developed to withstand solvents and petrol, ensuring durability and reliability in the field.
- Compact profile: intentionally smaller than the original element to free up volume in the airbox and promote airflow around the filter.
- Unique "breathable" seal: optimised contact surface with the filter housing for a suitable seal without excessive strain.
- Internal bonding of envelopes: prevents dust and impurities from getting trapped between layers, simplifying maintenance and limiting issues during refuelling in muddy conditions.
Manufacturer reference: 158041 (replaces the element of Powerflow kit 796504). Compatible with many GAS GAS models (e.g. EC 250 Racing Six Days, EC 250 Enduro GP, EC 300 Racing Six Days). Regular maintenance recommended: cleaning and oiling according to Twin Air guidelines to preserve filtration efficiency on the most demanding tracks.
