Vance & Hines states that this kit can generate power gains across the entire RPM range. Installation note: CVO/114cc/117cc models and some models equipped with SE stage 1 filters require Harley-Davidson support part no. 16400049. Be aware of exceptions for '01-'17 Twin Cam Delphi EFI and '99-'06 Twin Cam CV carburettor (see manufacturer list for specific exclusions).
