Motoblouz presents its wall or floor fixing ring, designed to create a permanent anchoring point to secure your machine and equipment. Its construction of 75% alloy steel and 25% ABS plastic provides a solid and durable base for anchoring. The device folds flat when not in use to minimise clutter. It can be installed in a fixed position on a wall or in the ground according to your needs.

• Using the anchor as a template, mark the holes with a pencil.
• Remove the anchor and drill the holes with a concrete drill bit up to 16 mm in diameter and to a depth of 62 to 65 mm. Depending on the type of concrete, it may be advisable to drill a small pilot hole (4–6 mm) to ensure greater accuracy in positioning the holes.
• Suction out the dust from the holes.
• Position the anchor above the holes, insert each bolt into the anchor, and check the bolts. Do not touch the bottom of the holes.
• Then remove the anchor to place the expansion studs in each hole, then drop the bolt through the anchor and tighten it into the expansion plug using the supplied hex key.
• Tighten the bolts evenly with a torque of 25–30 lbs/ft or 34–40 Nm. If you do not have a torque wrench, be careful not to overtighten to avoid damaging the concrete floor, but ensure that the anchor is securely fixed to the ground.
• Place the 4 steel arcs over the heads of the bolts and tap them down with a hammer until they are flush with the surface of the bolts.
• Place the anchor cap over the handle and secure it using the 2 hex screws. Cover the heads of screws with plastic caps.
