Features
DEMON PAXL-1128HD — complete reinforced axle for quad, designed for riders who do not compromise on robustness. This wheel shaft meets industrial standards (chromoly steel, double heat treatment) and reinforced components to better withstand the stresses of off-road conditions: crossing, mud, and rocks are no longer unknowns.
- Design: wide articulation angles and a double sliding system that reduces the risk of axle blockage.
- Reinforced components: high-strength chromoly shafts, internal cage made of 4340 chromoly, and precision CNC machining.
- Seals and protections: increased size of the homokinetic joint by 10 to 15% and boots made of thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE).
- Maintenance and lubrication: bellows filled with high-load molybdenum grease for long-lasting lubrication in severe conditions.
- Template: upper diameter increased by 15 to 20% compared to original axles, designed to enhance torque transmission.
Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" lifts, as well as certain portal transmission lifts and A-arms (check references before installation). Ideal for CAN AM quads such as the Renegade 800 and Outlander 400 from the specified years.
