Manufacturer Ref: PAXL-3063HD — Brand: DEMON
Complete reinforced axle for quad, designed to withstand the stresses of off-road use while maintaining smooth and jerk-free articulation.

• Robust construction: high-strength chromoly steel shafts with double heat treatment for increased fatigue resistance.
• Anti-lock design: wide articulation angles and dual sliding design that reduce the risk of axle locking during significant travel.
• Premium components: thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, high-load molybdenum grease-filled bellows, and 4340 chromoly internal cage.
• Optimised dimensions: increased size of the constant velocity joints by 10 to 15% and larger diameter by 15 to 20% compared to standard axles for greater robustness.
• Precise finish: precision CNC machining for a reliable fit with the relevant suspensions.

Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" lifts, as well as with portal transmission lifts and certain A-arms. Ideal for CAN AM (BRP) riders listed among the compatible models (Renegade and Outlander 1000 R 2024). Manufacturer designation: not provided.
