Reference: PAXL-3065HD — Brand: DEMON — Category: WHEEL AXLES + PARTS

Reinforced complete axle designed for quads requiring robustness and travel. The double sliding design and wide articulation angles limit axle locking during intensive use, while all components have been designed to withstand the stresses of lifts and risers.

• Construction: high-strength chromoly steel shafts with double heat treatment and precision CNC machining.
• Durability: internal cage made of chromoly 4340 and a diameter 15 to 20% larger than original axles for enhanced strength.
• Transmission: increased size of the constant velocity joint by 10 to 15% compared to standard joints to improve torque handling.
• Sealing & lubrication: thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) bellows filled with high-load molybdenum grease.
• Compatibility: compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" risers, as well as certain portal transmission lifts and A-arms from specific brands.

Product intended for users seeking a reinforced transmission part for quad use. Particularly suitable for the listed CAN AM models for the year 2024, such as the RENEGADE 1000 R EFI (X XC and X MR) and OUTLANDER 1000 R EFI Max XT-P. Check compatibility with your machine before installation.
