The shafts are made of high-strength chromoly steel, subjected to double heat treatment and CNC machined for superior dimensional stability and longevity.

• Constant velocity joint: size increased by 10 to 15% compared to standard joints, for better mobility reserve.
• Shaft diameter: 15 to 20% larger than original axles, providing a reinforced section.
• Materials: internal cage made of chromoly 4340, boots made of thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE), and bellows filled with high-load molybdenum grease.
• Anti-lock design: double sliding allowing smooth joints even with lifts and modifications.
