Manufacturer reference: PAXL-3070HD
Brand: DEMON — Wheel axles + parts

Reinforced complete axle designed for demanding quads, intended for stressed transmissions and running gear. Its double sliding design and wide articulation angles reduce the risk of axle locking during significant travel, while CNC machining ensures tight tolerances for precise fitting.

• Construction: high-strength chromoly steel shafts with double heat treatment.
• Internal components: internal cage made of chromoly 4340, thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) bellows filled with high-load molybdenum grease.
• Dimensions: increased constant velocity joint size by 10 to 15% and overall diameter increased by 15 to 20% compared to standard axles.
• Compatibility: compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" lifts, portal transmission lifts, and certain A-arms from common brands.
• Finish: precision CNC machining for a robust and well-fitted assembly.

This kit is aimed at riders and preparers looking for a reinforced part to improve the mechanical stability of the front/rear suspension on demanding terrains. Particularly suitable for CAN AM (BRP) OUTLANDER: 500 4X4 Max DPS (2024), 570 EFI 4X4 Max DPS (2021), and 570 EFI 4X4 DPS (2020).
