Manufacturer reference: PAXL-6098HD

Reinforced DEMON complete axle, designed for demanding quads and off-road conditions. This axle relies on heavy-duty components and precision machining to provide reliable transmission of lateral and longitudinal forces without compromising the articulation of the suspension. Ideal for riders who modify ground clearance or install lifts.

• Design: double sliding and wide articulation angles limiting the risk of axle locking during significant travel.
• Robustness: high-strength chromoly steel shafts with double heat treatment and CNC machining for a controlled finish.
• Internal components: internal cage made of 4340 chromoly and thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) bellows for improved resistance to dust and damage.
• Increased capacities: size of the constant velocity joints increased by 10–15% and overall diameter increased by 15–20% compared to original axles.
• Lubrication: pre-filled bellows with molybdenum grease for high-load lubrication.
• Compatibility: designed for 2", 3", 4", and 5" lifts, portal transmission lifts, and certain A-arms (check before installation).

Designed to withstand the stresses of off-road use while maintaining the necessary suspension travel flexibility for driving, this axle is aimed at quad owners looking for a solid replacement part. Check compatibility with your machine before installation.
