Features

MOOSE OFFROAD FOUR WHEEL Axle — Ref. HON-7006

OEM replacement designed for demanding quad riders: this axle/CV drive shaft offers robustness and ease of installation for off-road outings. Machined from solid chromoly steel, it features heat-treated cages, races, and ball bearings for enhanced mechanical strength — up to 35% more resistance according to the manufacturer. The joints are induction-treated and originally greased with high-performance molybdenum grease to limit wear on muddy or rocky paths.

Material: solid chromoly steel — black/raw finish
Duty: standard, designed as an OEM replacement
Assembly: delivered fully assembled for quick installation
Fastening & protection: spring steel retaining clips (if necessary) and stainless steel boot clamps
Machining: precision-rolled splines and threads, machined races and bearings
Manufacturer quality: manufactured in an ISO9001 and TS16949 certified factory
