After launching the SLA range of ready-to-use batteries in 2014, this year BS Battery is offering an advanced range based on the same SLA technology. Known as "SLA-Max", this new range is dedicated to the most powerful large-displacement vehicles or those subjected to intensive daily use. The main features of SLA-Max batteries are higher starting power than conventional models and longer service life.

Technically, they differ in their construction and composition. They use AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat) technology based on absorbent glass fibers, and are also more resistant to vibration and watertight because they are sealed at the time of production, although a valve ensures that pressure is maintained.

In addition to their longevity, SLA-Max batteries are ready for use, with activation and final charging in Europe rather than Asia. This has the advantage of guaranteeing a maximum load level and avoiding any handling, apart from assembly. There''s no need for a charging cycle, since they''re only activated before delivery. And there''s no leveling or maintenance to do.
