Factory-Links bearings are filled with a premium quality, heavy-duty marine grease and a special thickener. It offers unrivalled protection against rust and corrosion.
To prevent moisture from penetrating, Factory-Links has increased its grease filling from 30% to 60% for harsh conditions.
HEAVY-DUTY BALL BEARINGS
- DINP6 - ABEC3 Factory-Links ball bearings are specially designed for off-road use, unlike industrial ball bearings which offer low torque resistance and therefore low resistance to water intrusion.
- Their premium off-road wheel bearing kit contains everything you need for complete maintenance of your wheel hub.
- Ouroil seals and ball bearings have established a definite improvement over conventional bearings.
SEALS
- Cross-section of ball bearings
- Nitrile-butadiene rubber
- Double lip seals
- Dust seals offer optimum protection against the ingress of contaminants such as water, mud and dust.
CHARACTERISTICS:
- Stainless steel NBn elastomer double-lipped R spigot seal with spring for improved corrosion resistance.
- Special anti-corrosion marine grease with a higher fill rate than standard bearings.
- Seal groove on inner ring for improved resistance to water ingress.
- Lip seals specially developed for off-road use with optimum protection against water and mud ingress.
