KOUBALINK – Seat Lowering Kit (28.6 mm) – gold (Manufacturer's ref: V-STROM 14-2). Designed to lower the seat height by 28.6 mm, this kit allows for a lower seating position and more accessible weight management for riders looking to gain confidence on the ground. Machined from solid aluminium and finished in gold, it replaces the arm as if it were original while maintaining a robust finish suitable for road use.
- Lowering: 28.6 mm — ideal for reducing ground clearance and improving ground access.
- Construction: machined solid aluminium, stronger than the OEM part.
- Installation: includes all necessary bearings and seals (pre-installed OE-type bearings).
- Note: "Dog Bone" type levers do not include factory bearings and seals.
- Approval: not approved in Germany.
This kit is aimed at roadster riders wishing to adapt their ergonomics without modifying the front suspension. The lowering affects the rear geometry and can improve the feeling of stability in the front end depending on the motorcycle's configuration. Direct fit on the listed compatible models, ideally installed by a professional or a skilled DIYer with the appropriate tools. Compatible with several Suzuki models mentioned: GSX-S 1000 ABS Special Edition EVO (2020), GSX-S 1000 ABS (2020), and DL 1000 V‑STROM XT ABS (2018). Please check the precise compatibility with your machine before ordering.
