Unbreakable Brake and Clutch Lever Set APT by Polisport

The APT lever set is designed as a durable alternative to original levers, featuring an integrated stainless steel band and specific composite materials. They deform according to APT technology to bend rather than break, while maintaining the original shape for familiar use and ergonomics.

Design and Materials

• APT technology combining composites and stainless steel alloy for enhanced resistance in case of a fall, reducing sharp breaks.
• Exact replica of the original lever shape to preserve the ergonomics and travel known to the rider.
• Stainless steel band integrated horizontally inside the lever to limit deformation during normal use.

Practicality and Features

• Mounts on the original bracket and master cylinder for easy replacement without modifying the control system.
• Can be restored to its original shape after a minor incident, allowing the lever to be reused rather than replaced immediately.
• Minimized temperature transfer for more stable lever behaviour in cold conditions.

Usage and Performance

• Design that promotes plasticity rather than breakage to limit irreparable damage during a fall.
• Absence of flexibility during use to maintain precise control of braking and clutch.

Advantages

• OEM Reference 91638
• Cross Type, suitable for off-road uses associated with motocross practice
