Rebuild Kit for brake caliper by MOOSE OFFROAD HARD - PARTS (manufacturer part number: 18-3047). This kit includes the rubber sealing parts necessary for refurbishing a front caliper: seals, boots, and sealing elements, as well as the pins/piston rods where applicable. Part manufactured by Nissin, a recognised OEM supplier in Japan.

Designed to restore the sealing and mobility of caliper pistons, this kit allows for the replacement of worn seals and damaged boots to limit fluid leaks and dirt ingress. Ideal for off-road and supermoto riders who maintain their braking after intensive seasons. Kit supplied with the required rubber components; check compatibility with your caliper model before installation.

Reference frequently associated with machines such as KTM EXC-R 530 (2009), HUSABERG FE 650 E (2008) or KTM EXC 530 Sixdays (2009) — for reference only. For safe clutch/braking, carry out a complete replacement of seals and follow manufacturer recommendations for reassembly and bleeding.
