The Magnum Shielding Designer Series brake line (Manufacturer's ref: AS478122) offers a refined finish and compatibility designed for vintage/classic builds. Designed to be mounted in the upper position, this 56 cm (22") stainless steel hose stands out with its pearl black braid and transparent PVC outer sheath that protects paint and chrome without tarnishing.
- Construction: braided PTFE inner tube with aramid fibre reinforcement to limit expansion.
- Fittings: AN-3 ends and angled banjo for easier positioning.
- Finish: polished stainless steel, braid matching other Magnum cables and hoses.
- Length: 56 cm (22") — upper position.
- Manufacturing: assembled in the United States.
Important: this hose is intended to be used with Designer Series hose kits (sold separately) and may require adapters for certain Softail models (from 2011). Motorcycles equipped with ABS require specific hoses marked "ABS"; using non-compatible hoses may affect the operation of the ABS system. For Harley-Davidson models 2012–2017 and 2018–2021, refer to the recommended adapters (separate parts).
Ideal for Low Rider builds and other customs based on Harley (e.g. FXLRS 2020–2021), this brake line combines discreet aesthetics with mounting suited to original pathways.
