DP BRAKES DP607 Brake Pad — Sintered Metal

Designed for demanding riders, the DP607 pad from DP BRAKES is a versatile sintered solution suitable for trail, enduro, supermoto, roadster, and urban or racing practices. Its copper alloy formulation provides a sharp bite and precise feel, with a quick bedding-in process to achieve effective braking performance from the very first rides.

Composition: sintered material (copper alloy) with a ceramic coating based on aluminium oxide on the backing plate, which helps limit heat transfer to the caliper piston.
Friction rating: GG — behaviour suitable for mixed use, on dry or wet surfaces.
Dimensions: thickness 6 mm (7/32"), width 45 mm (1-49/64"), length 36 mm (1-27/64").
Net weight: 113 g (4 oz.).
Advantages: good longevity compared to organic pads, marked initial bite, quiet operation, and reduced tendency to dust and fade according to the sintered composition.

Manufacturer reference: DP607. Ideal for a wide range of off-road and road motorcycles — common examples: BETA RR 50 (2025), HONDA MONTESA COTA 260 4RIDE (2020), YAMAHA TZR 50 (2016).
