Sintered metal brake pads designed for quads and SSVs, offered as a replacement set for durable braking suitable for demanding uses. Ideal for those seeking a robust solution for outdoor, work, or off-road sessions.

Type: Sintered
Material: Copper alloy
Thickness: 7 mm
Width: 43 mm
Length: 72.6 mm
Advantages: short bedding-in period, stable friction coefficient in wet or dry conditions, better wear resistance than organic or aramid fibre compositions
Additional feature: ceramic layer of aluminium oxides on the back of the pad to limit heat transfer to the piston and fluid under extreme conditions
Tip: pair with DP Brakes rotors to optimise braking consistency

These DP909 pads provide grip and consistency suitable for intensive use of quads and SSVs: climbing, traction, and repeated braking. Compatibility (examples): Segway Snarler 600 4x4 GS-N / Segway Snarler 600 4x4 GL-N / Polaris Big Boss 500 6x6. Always check the reference before installation.
