DP BRAKES Brake Pad - Manufacturer Ref: DP989

Sintered metal pads specially developed for quads and SSVs. The copper alloy formulation and sintered components ensure a longer lifespan compared to traditional organic linings, while maintaining consistent performance in wet or dry conditions. Designed for a short bedding-in period, these pads allow for a quick return to braking power close to their nominal level.

The backing plate incorporates a ceramic layer made of grey aluminium oxides to better protect the caliper piston and brake fluid against high temperatures during intensive use. Ideal when durability is a priority, these pads are designed as replacements for many ATV/quad models.

Compatibility examples: KTM XC 525 ATV (2012-2013), KTM SX 505 ATV (2013). For consistent performance, it is recommended to install these pads with suitable brake discs — particularly DP BRAKES rotors.
