The sintered metal composition ensures good wear resistance compared to traditional organic pads and is suitable for intensive use on trails or in utility applications. The formulation requires a short bedding-in period to quickly achieve stable performance. The back of the pads is treated with a ceramic material based on grey aluminium oxides, designed to limit heat transfer to the caliper piston and brake fluid under severe conditions.
These pads deliver consistent response in both dry and wet conditions and represent a relevant choice when durability is a priority. To optimise the overall performance, it is recommended to pair these pads with compatible DP Brakes discs. Sold as a replacement set, compatible with many quads including the Kingquad 750 series (application examples).
