DP BRAKES - DP598 Brake Pads
Sintered metal pads designed for demanding quads and SIDE BY SIDEs. Developed in cooperation with top-level teams to meet the requirements of the Superbike World Championship (requiring an HH friction coefficient), these pads offer immediate bite and fine modulation to control deceleration on varied terrain.
- Material: sintered metal for controlled wear and high thermal stability.
- Thermal protection: ceramic layer made of zirconium oxide on the backing plate serving as a heat shield to protect the piston and brake fluid under intensive use.
- Style: versatile / all-terrain — suitable for off-road demands and off-road competition.
- Packaging: pad kit (units according to application).
- Manufacturer reference: DP598
These pads prioritise high initial bite and a progressive braking feel, useful on heavy SSVs and quads. They are designed for track/competition and intensive off-road use; they are not intended to replace road-legal parts if your vehicle is used on public roads. Not compatible with HHI calipers.
Common compatibilities: CF MOTO ZFORCE 1000 V2, CFORCE 1000 V2 (2024 models) and other 1000 cc quads/SSVs — check compatibility with your caliper before installation.
