The DP BRAKES DP317 brake pads are sintered pads designed for demanding riders seeking bite and consistency on both road and trail. Intended for Road/Touring, Trail/Adventure, Roadster, and Sport/Racing environments, they offer a quick bedding-in process to achieve optimal braking performance according to the manufacturer.
- Composition: sintered compound based on copper alloy for superior durability compared to traditional organic materials.
- Backplate: backplate coated with a ceramic material based on grey aluminium oxide to protect the caliper piston from heat.
- Friction rating: GG — sharp initial bite and precise feel, on both dry and wet surfaces (according to the manufacturer).
- Dimensions: thickness 8.2 mm — width 46.5 mm — length 69.7 mm.
- Net weight: 254 g.
- Performance: sintered compound offering longevity and wear resistance, with low dust emission and good fade resistance according to manufacturer tests.
