These pads offer a good level of grip and progressive control at the lever, ideal for riders seeking precision and power on the track. The improved composition limits excessive wear on the disc/rotor compared to previous generations and enhances thermal cycling: the pads can be used in races, cooled, and then reused without significant loss of performance. Depending on the length of the circuits, they can last the equivalent of four to five races of 20–25 laps.

Use: Exclusively reserved for the track. Suitable for race machines fitted with slick tyres and high-performance calipers (e.g. YAMAHA VMX 1700 Vmax, YZF-R1). Prohibited on the road: any off-track use may result in death or serious injury.
