Brake Pads 839 DS by SBS

DS Dual Sinter brake pads designed for competition use, made with a high-tech sintered compound and NUCAP NRS bonding. They target a responsive bite and high thermal stability to maintain consistent braking performance in extreme conditions. The DS-1 / DS-2 system allows for adjustment of the braking characteristics according to the rider's preferences.

Design and Materials

• High-tech sintered compound eliminating thermal bedding to reduce the risk of fading and maintain performance during temperature rise
• NUCAP NRS technology ensuring a durable mechanical bond between the pad and backing plate to preserve integrity under high stress

Usage and Performance

• DS-1 offers powerful and linear braking response for sharp decelerations
• DS-2 provides a soft and progressive response to enhance braking modulation
• Possible combination of DS-1 on the left side and DS-2 on the right side for fine-tuning the braking behaviour according to the rider
• Developed and tested by World Championship teams to validate performance in extreme conditions
