TRW MCB856SV Brake Pads — sintered metal pads designed for front brake use only. Designed for demanding road applications (road, trail/adventure, touring, roadster, sports, and urban), these pads provide a reliable solution for replacing original sintered metal components. Compatible with almost all brake discs, they are particularly suitable for motorcycles originally equipped with sintered pads.

• Material: sintered metal
• Thickness: 8 mm (5/16")
• Width: 50.8 mm (2")
• Length: 85 mm (3-11/32")
• Usage: front brake only — road style
• Thermal limit: limited use on track; not resistant to temperatures above 400 °C

The MCB856SV pads deliver consistent bite and good braking performance in varied traffic conditions. They are particularly suited for riders seeking durability and grip on wet or dirty roads, while remaining within the scope of road use. Avoid prolonged high-temperature applications (track) and perform a gradual bedding-in process after installation to ensure good pad/disc contact. Suitable for a wide range of machines, including recent models such as certain Kawasaki Z H2, Harley-Davidson Pan America CVO, or Ducati Scrambler 1100 depending on fitment and references.
