Product details :

HOT CAMS Intake Camshaft – Stage 1 (Manufacturer Part No: 4002-1IN)

Designed for Yamaha YZF/WRF 400/426 single-cylinder engines, this HOT CAMS Stage 1 intake camshaft features a profile tested on dynamometers and validated by competition teams. Stage 1 increases torque and power without requiring additional modifications, making it ideal for a small upgrade aimed at enhancing the bike's performance on the track or during off-road outings.

Stage 1: plug-and-play improvement of torque and power for use on closed roads and terrain.
Stage 2: reserved for more advanced modifications, requires additional changes (e.g., high compression pistons, carburetion).
Stage 3: dedicated to specific uses such as supermoto or engine displacement increases.

Installation requires precise timing and valve clearance adjustments. We recommend having the installation performed by an experienced mechanic with the appropriate tools. Two complete shim kits are provided to allow for fine and secure adjustments.
