HOT CAMS Exhaust Camshaft – Stage 1 for Yamaha YZ450F

Designed for motocross riders who want an extra character without transforming their machine, this HOT CAMS exhaust camshaft (ref. 4279-1E) offers a reworked power curve to enhance torque and power without further modifications. Developed and tested on test benches and by major teams, it fits directly onto YZ450F models (CJ18/CJ21 2015–2017).

• Advantage: increased usable torque and power, ideal for a small engine upgrade.
• Compatibility: intended for Yamaha YZ 450 F (2015‑2017 according to manufacturer reference).
• Adjustment: supplied with two complete sets of shims for precise adjustment of timing and valve lift.

This stage 1 remains a plug-and-play option for those seeking more responsiveness and extension without revising the intake or compression. However, installation requires mechanical skills and appropriate tools: entrust the installation to a qualified tuner or workshop to avoid any risk of incorrect timing or premature wear.
