HOT CAMS Camshaft - Stage 2 (Ref. 4065-2)
This HOT CAMS Stage 2 camshaft kit is designed for YFM700R riders looking to push their quad further in a serious preparation. Developed on test benches and validated by teams, this cam profile is intended to be used in conjunction with other mechanical modifications to express its full potential.
- Stage 1: improves torque and power without additional modifications — ideal for a minor upgrade.
- Stage 2: intended for more advanced preparations; it requires additional modifications (high compression pistons, larger diameter carburetor, carburetion adjustments or mapping) to deliver its benefits across the rev range.
- Stage 3: developed for supermoto or increased displacement — to be installed with the original valve springs.
Installation must be performed by a qualified mechanic with the appropriate tools. Two complete sets of shim kits are provided to allow for precise valve timing. Compatible with Yamaha YFM700R / Raptor 700 (indicated models), this component is aimed at performance-oriented preparations and mechanical reliability when done correctly.
