HOT CAMS Camshaft - Level 2 (ref. 4132-2) for Yamaha YFM700 / Raptor. Designed by HOT CAMS and developed on test benches before being proven in competition, this Level 2 camshaft is aimed at advanced modifications for 700 cc quads. Its cam profile is designed to favor a higher RPM range, suitable for increased displacement and reworked engine configurations.
Target use: significant preparation of the YFM700 Raptor (2WD), ideal for projects requiring specific valve timing.
Prerequisites: this Stage 2 requires additional modifications to fully exploit its potential, such as high-compression pistons and larger diameter carburetors.
Installation: installation recommended by a qualified technician with the appropriate tools. Two complete sets of shim kits are provided for precise valve clearance adjustment.
Compatibility (examples): YAMAHA YFM 700 RAPTOR (2013-2014) and Special Edition 2WD versions.
