BOYESEN Pro Series Carbon Reed Valves (manufacturer part number: PSR-041) — replacement reeds dedicated to Boyesen Pro Series reed valves, designed for motocross use.
Direct replacement for Boyesen Pro Series reed valves
Variable tension reeds made from aerospace carbon material
Fuel-resistant rubber coating for long-lasting sealing
These BOYESEN carbon reeds are aimed at motocross riders looking for robust replacement parts suited to the demands of the terrain. The aerospace carbon composite provides rigidity and lightness, while the variable tension design allows for a progressive reed response across the RPM range. The rubber coating, formulated to withstand fuels, protects the seating surfaces and helps maintain the sealing of the reed valve over time.
Simple installation as a replacement for the original components of the Pro Series range. Ideal for trails and 125 cc cross machines commonly equipped with this reed valve. Examples of compatible motorcycles:
KTM 125 SX (2025)
HUSQVARNA TC 125 (2024)
GAS GAS MC 125 (2023)
Original BOYESEN part, reference PSR-041 — to maintain the reliability of your intake system and ride confidently on the tracks.
