Stage6 BigValve Intake System by Stage6

Intake kit designed for vertical Minarelli engines, particularly for MBK Booster and Stunt. It allows for a larger diameter reed valve and includes aluminium parts for installation. This configuration improves the filling of the engine crankcase and provides a performance boost, especially at high revs. The delivery includes the necessary components to adapt the kit to various carburettor sizes.

Design and Materials

• Aluminium base provided to offer a robust foundation and facilitate positioning during installation
• Aluminium manifold with vacuum take-off to maintain the vacuum connection and simplify the fitting

Practicality and Features

• Stage6 reed valve included to replace the original valve and allow the use of a larger diameter reed
• Rubber connector D.24mm compatible with carburettors from 12 to 21 mm to adapt the kit to smaller carburettors
• Aluminium connector with sleeve provided for fitting larger carburettors compatible with Stage6 PWK, Koso, Mikuni, and MRD
• Paper gasket included to ensure sealing at the mounting point and limit the risk of air leaks
